When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within two weeks of purchasing. Orders are filled by Beth and Mike and are shipped as quickly as possible depending on our current workload.

Why has only part of my order shipped?
Due to space limitations, we utilize two dropship services, one for all our apparel and one for our large format prints. This means that if you order a shirt, an 18x24" print, and a sticker, you'll receive three packages.

I placed a second order before the first shipped. Can you combine shipping?
Yes we can however, some items such as our apparel and our large format prints are shipped separately from different locations so you still may receive multiple shipments from a single order.

If you have placed multiple orders using the same name/e-mail in a 24-hour period, your orders will be combined and you will be issued a partial shipping refund where applicable once the order has been fulfilled.


My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
Send us an email at support@radshop.cool and we'll find a solution together.
We ship through USPS whose delivery speed is 1-3 business days, however be mindful that due to COVID your package may take longer to reach you.


My package arrived damaged.
That's terrible! If that happens, please reach out to us at support@radshop.cool and we will find a solution.

 
Can I return a product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@radshop.cool. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
